​Children Who Won’t Die

ST Luk presents a film centering on the vivid colors, undulating floor, irregular lines, and spherical rooms of the Reversible Destiny Lofts designed by Arakawa (Japanese-American) and Madeline Gins (American) in Mitaka, Japan. The film revolves the philosophy of the artist/scientist/revolutionary couple who believed that one’s destiny could be reversed away from death through transformative housing. Directed by Nobu Yamaoka and scored by composerKeiichiro Shibuya, Children Who Won’t Die proudly sings a celebration of life, highlighting the possibilities of a world no one could ever have imagined before.
